Primitive Survival es un RPG anárquico (de las versiones superiores a la 1.20.4) en el que te encontrarás en un mundo prehistórico donde tendrás que enfrentarte a entidades hostiles y otros jugadores, recolectar recursos, explorar el mundo, construir, conseguir mejoras, y mucho más para sobrevivir.
Además, podrás formar equipo con otros jugadores mediante un sistema de tribus.
